opening hours +

The festival gates open on Saturday at 12:00 PM and close on Sunday at 6:00 AM. We recommend arriving as early as possible to enjoy the full festival experience. You can find the full schedule here.

Camping opens at 8:00 AM and closes on Sunday at 3:00 PM.

Parking is open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 AM (yes, in the morning!). Our staff will be there to guide you from 9:00 AM on Saturday until 4:00 AM on Sunday.

Tickets for 2025 are now live and on sale through our ticketing partner NFCtron - you can buy them at this link.

To attend the festival, you’ll need a ŽVF PASS — our essential entry ticket. You can also enhance your experience by adding EXTRAS, such as our Camping Experience and other special offers we'll reveal soon.

who is the festival for? +

ŽVF is open to every decent person who knows how to treat others with respect and is willing to help us create, even for a moment, a safe and pleasant place in this often chaotic world. It’s for people who share similar values, a feel for music, design, nature, and who appreciate the atmosphere of unique places. Our festival grounds are truly close to our hearts, and we’re grateful to be able to organize the event right here, at one of the most beautiful places in western Slovakia.

We also want to welcome those who don’t usually go to festivals — but who know what it feels like to be in the right place, at the right time, with the right people. ŽVF isn’t about the crowd. It’s about the atmosphere. About the shared moments that stay with you long after summer ends.

And no—we’re not just for women, even if it’s in our name. Ženy Víno Funk is a celebration of precious moments and life itself.

do I need an invitation?

YES!

We used to be a guestival – festival on invitation only but we are not anymore. You’re all invited! Just like you always were. We’ve just made getting tickets easier. Easy peasy lemon squeezy. No special link required, explore our tickets 2025 options here.

Ženy Víno Funk 2025 takes place on June 7th, 2025.
We’re a one-day, one-night festival – just the right amount of time to fully enjoy, dance, eat, connect and still leave feeling fresh.

The experience starts on Saturday at noon and ends in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Even though we’re expanding the festival grounds this year, it doesn’t mean we’re significantly increasing the capacity.
We’re staying true to who we want to be — the best small festival in the world.
We don’t want the space to feel cramped or overcrowded.
We’re growing with intention, staying loyal to our values and our community.

cashless payments +

Our festival is completely cashless. All payments are made using your festival wristband, which contains a built-in NFC chip..

You can top up your wristband in advance via our partner nfctron.com, after buying your festival ticket and registering on their page.
You can also top-up your NFC chip directly at the festival.

We highly recommend topping up before the event – you’ll avoid the €2 fee for your first deposit and skip potential queues at the top-up points.

Be smart – save time and money.

ŽVF takes place in a lush green vineyards of Pezinok, Slovakia.

WWe’re doing our best to make your journey to the festival as smooth as possible — including shuttle buses from Bratislava and other cities. Detailed information will be released closer to the event.

Once released, you will be able to purchase the Bus Shuttle ticket here.   

Coming by car is not recommended – parking space is limited. Think green. We encourage using our Bus Shuttle bus or the public transport.

Closest BUS stop is: Pezinok, ZŠ Kupeckého – 7 min walk (Pezinok city bus), Pezinok,,train.st. (inter-city) – 25 min walk

can I refund any remaining balance from NFC chip? +

Yes. After the festival, you’ll have 14 days to refund any remaining balance from your wristband back to your bank account.

accommodation +

For the first time ever, we’re creating a dedicated camping village at ŽVF – and not just any kind.

In collaboration with Tent Inn, your tent will be In collaboration with Tent Inn, your tent will be fully set up and ready upon arrival. No gear, no hassle—just rent your tent from €40 for a 2-person setup, pick up your “keys” at reception, and settle in effortlessly.

The best part? The campsite is perched in a breathtaking location, overlooking the entire festival and the rolling vineyard valley. On clear days, you can even spot Bratislava Castle in the distance. With the vineyard stretching out before you, this will be a truly special experience.

Capacity is limited, so don’t wait too long to book your tent.

Book your tent now — to enjoy your camping experience you also need to purchase the regular ticket – ŽVF PASS.

During the festival, there will be security staff, medical team and fire services on site.
You can also reach out to any member of our team or vendors at any time – if you need help, have a question or feel something’s not right. We’re here for you.

If you’re feeling unwell – physically, mentally, or just off –please don’t hesitate to tell someone. We’ll make sure you’re taken care of. And if you notice someone in need, say something.

ŽVF is built on kindness, respect and community. Let’s look out for one another.

weather and what to wear +

The festival will take place rain or shine, so please dress accordingly.

In June, daytime temperatures can reach up to 30 °C, but nights can cool down to around 17 °C—so we recommend bringing a warmer layer for the evening.

Sturdy, comfortable footwear is essential. Since we’re in the vineyards, the terrain can get muddy if it rains. We’re taking extra measures to keep the ground as safe and walkable as possible.

The festival would only pause or stop in the event of a severe thunderstorm or strong winds. Please follow all safety instructions and listen to the organizers or security team—your safety is our top priority.

We’re currently in the process of creating an evacuation plan, and we’ll update all the important information here later. We’ll also share it on our instagram.

gastro, drinks and merch +

At the festival, you’ll find amazing food, local wines, a wide selection of non-alcoholic drinks, as well as specialty coffee, ice cream, desserts of all kinds, and more.

No alcohol other than wine will be sold except for the SPECIAL ZONE (TBA) which will also feature a bar with mixed drinks..

Every vendor will be announced on our socials - so keep an eye for new announcements!

Cigarettes will be available at our partner Ploom’s zone, which you’ll easily find on-site.

And most importantly – visit our festival concept store for exclusive merch and limited-edition collab pieces.

prohibited items +

Bringing your own alcohol or non-alcoholic drinks to the festival is not allowed..
All bottles (glass or plastic) will be confiscated at the entrance, except for thermoses and other safe containers.

Weapons, knives, and any dangerous objects are strictly prohibited.
Please respect these rules – they’re here to keep everyone safe.

pets +

Pets are allowed at the festival. Please be mindful of everyone’s comfort and safety – including your furry friend.

children & age restrictions +

Only individuals 18 and older can attend the festival on their own. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Children under 10 can enter for free.
