We’re excited that you want to lend a hand and experience the atmosphere of Ženy Víno Funk 2026 from the front line. This page is for your registration to our volunteer team.
Volunteers are an essential part of the festival. You help us ensure the smooth running of the event while also representing us to every visitor. You’ll meet new people, get a behind-the-scenes look, and see how the whole festival works.
After your shift, you can fully enjoy the festival as a visitor.
The selection of a specific work position and the time of your shift will take place directly at the festival. You will be able to choose from available capacities based on what suits you best.
If you are thinking about joining us, here is a detailed overview of how things work with us. We want you to enjoy the festival, so we have set the rules simply and fairly. By registering, you agree to these conditions.
Fill in a short form and we will get back to you with more information. So that we can count on you 100%, your registration is valid only after paying the deposit. By registering, you agree to our conditions.
After registration via the form, it is necessary to pay a volunteer deposit of €50, which you can pay directly by card. Use the same email in payment as you used in the registration form. The deposit serves as a guarantee that you will show up for the agreed shift.
Notice: During the festival you will receive a reflective vest so that you are easily identifiable. The vest must be returned after your shift. In case of loss or failure to return it, €15 will be deducted from your deposit.
In general – wait for instructions from our Volunteer managers Lukáš and Linda.
Team communication: We will operate through a shared WhatsApp group. If you have a problem at your station, contact your coordinator. Never resolve conflicts with visitors on your own, that is not your role.
When to arrive:
We will meet already on Thursday, 25. 6. 2026 between 14:00 – 17:00 at the venue (exact location will be specified).
Facilities:
Volunteer HQ is our base camp. You will find our “office”, tent zone, sanitary facilities and a shared chill-out area where you can relax between shifts and meet others.
Parking:
Volunteer HQ is within walking distance from the visitor parking, where you can park for free.

Safety:
On Thursday evening, after registration, you will attend a short safety training. It is important that we all know how to handle the festival safely.
We want to be fair to each other, so the rules are clearly set:
Alcohol and substances → During your shift you are completely “dry”. Alcohol is forbidden, even if someone offers it to you “as a reward”. If you show up under the influence, your participation ends.
Ghosting → If you don’t show up for your shift, you get a “red flag”.
Inappropriate behavior → We are a festival of joy and good vibes. Any aggression, discrimination or rudeness towards anyone (team, visitor, performer) means immediate dismissal.
Do you have a question? If you’re unsure about anything or want to know more, feel free to contact us. Before that, try checking our FAQ where you can find answers to most questions.
The deposit represents a certain assurance for us that you are serious and that we can count on you. Even if it may not seem so, the success and smooth running of the festival depend on volunteers. We see the deposit as a sign of your responsibility and a guarantee that you will show up and that we can rely on your help. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after the festival ends, provided that no rules were violated – for example alcohol during a shift. All volunteer conditions can be found above.
The €50 volunteer deposit is paid by card to the organizer’s account via this link: https://inviton.eu/e-21071. Payment information can be found at this link. If you have any questions, contact us at volunteers@zenyvinofunk.sk.
We understand that situations may arise where you cannot attend. Urgent reasons may include health issues (with a doctor’s note) or serious family matters. In such cases, refund requests will be assessed individually. The organizer reserves the right to decide whether to refund the deposit.
The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after the festival ends to the card used for payment.

Not entirely. Banning wine at a wine festival would be ironic. Our only rule is that you must come to your shift sober. During the festival, we may conduct breath tests randomly or in case of suspicion.
You can find them listed above.
Parking is available free of charge at the designated visitor parking.
You will need your own tent, sleeping bag, mat, sunscreen (SPF 50 is highly recommended), head covering, and especially warm clothes for colder nights. Don’t forget waterproof shoes, whether boots or sneakers. You know what works best for you.
Yes. Everyone is entitled to lunch (hot meal) and dinner (e.g. baguette). Food is provided on June 26–27. This means you need to arrange your own meals on arrival day and departure day.

For volunteers, the festival starts one day earlier, on 25.06.2026. Registration will take place from 14:00 to 17:00 at the venue. More detailed info will be sent by email in advance.
To ensure the smooth running of the festival and proper organization, all volunteers must complete mandatory safety training. It is also important for instructions so everyone knows their responsibilities. It’s also a good opportunity to meet each other before the event.
The festival closes on Sunday, June 28 at 12:00, and the last shift ends at that time. As a volunteer, you can leave after completing your final shift. We will also appreciate anyone who is willing to stay longer and help, but it is voluntary.
